Meet Your Mentors
Sheri Task, MD, ABLM, AFMC Sheri is a board-certified OB/GYN with over 20 years of clinical experience who walked away from a thriving conventional practice to pursue the root causes of illness. Board certified in both Lifestyle Medicine and Applied Functional Medicine, she brings that same dedication and precision to LEAP, offering real-world insights, personalized guidance, and the kind of mentorship that actually moves the needle in practice.
Victoria Rivera, MS, PA-C, IFMCP Victoria is a Physician Associate with over 20 years of clinical experience and more than a decade in functional medicine. Certified through the Institute for Functional Medicine with a Master's in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine, she specializes in helping practitioners uncover patterns, challenge assumptions, and trust their clinical instincts.
